Cop This: The Pinker Tones' "Wild Animal"

So, I got my hands on the new Pinker Tones album, Wild Animals, and I highly recommend it for those of you who like their Latin Alternative mixed with electronica/lounge.

Released on June 3rd, the album is sure to please. Check out the first single, "Happy Everywhere," and be sure to keep an eye out for my article on Remezcla.com talking about my favorite boys from Barcelona.

All U Need Is ...Mosh?

You heard it right here - Plastilina Mosh is releasing their next studio album, "All U Need Is Mosh," on August 5th. The release, which follows 2006's "Best of" collection, will come after the band's appearance at the Latin Alternative Music Conference (July 8th-12th - NYC) where they will be co-headlining Central Park Summer Stage on July 12th.

For those of you wondering about the band's Latin Alternative cred, here's what CNN had to say:

"Plastilina Mosh twists, stretches, and plies an amalgamation of musical styles to produce an act most often likened to Beck and the Beastie Boys."
